Are the Luxury Brands Authentic?

Yes, Lure is an authorized carrier of each brand listed on our website from fashion brand to Luxury. All Luxury brands are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of receiving them. Must be in brand new condition with original packaging unworn or used. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. A return label will be sent upon request when your return is approved.

Returns/Exchanges

Luxury Brands Return/Exchange Policy:

In-store Return/Exchange Policy:

Due to COVID-19 we are no longer accepting exchanges

(We do not offer refunds, only exchanges & store credits)
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange (cut to order shoes are non refundable/exchangeable). 

To be eligible for a store credit/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 14 days is the limit no exceptions will be made due our product selling out fast. Clearance items are FINAL SALE

Online Return/Exchange Policy:

We take photos of ALL inventory before it is shipped to the customer to protect ourselves and the customer.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial store credits are granted: (if applicable)
Jewelry is non refundable/exchangeable.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can not be store credited or refunded.

Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store account, within a certain amount of days. SHIPPING & HANDLING IS NOT REFUNDABLE and must be paid each time by the customer. 


Late or missing store credits(if applicable)
If you haven’t received a store credit yet, first check your store account again. Then contact our customer service via email, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a store credit is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be store credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be issued store credit/exchanged.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lurechaussures.com for a RA. All exchange shipping is paid by the customer.

 

Cancelled Pre-Orders Policy

Pre-Sale Items are available upon shipping from our manufactures. We can not control their shipping times. We offer an ETA and if it's not met by the manufacturer one extension is giving. If it's not ready by the second ETA we cancel all orders and refund the orders back the way they were paid. To avoid fraud we can not refund payment methods different from which they were made. If you know longer have access to an account please reach out to bank that holds the account. Refunds can take up to 72 business hours. 


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will add a store credit to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product a RA and address will be given from our customer service department upon return/exchange approval. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!


How long will it take to receive my order?

 After 1-2 business days of processing the payment If the product is in stock it will take 1-5 business days, if it has to be ordered it can take up 10-14 business days. Custom orders can take up to 30 days for processing and delivery.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

 How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?


The checkout process uses Shopify & PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Lure Chaussures has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com and Shopify. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order. We also use Shopify one of the worlds largest ecommerce platforms and we use the same security settings from them as well. Search for the HTTPS for secure shopping. 

PayPal Orders are processed faster.

 

What if something is wrong with my order?


If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or via email. 

 

Lure Chaussures, Inc and any if it's entities can cancel orders and refund customers' money because of pricing errors (or for any reason).
