Mental Illness is NOT Fashion!

Dear Gucci,

In light of the many people who has committed suicide or is struggling with mental illness rather small or large incorporating straightjackets into your show is extremely distastelful and it's a slap in the face to everyone that struggles with some form of the illness. Truth be told more people in the world struggle with depression including other fashion icons that have taken their own life or they are currently working through cognitive behavior therapy to help them. It's like the only way you feel you can receive attention nowadays is by being controversial. You are a fashion staple don't ruin that by being messy! First the slap in the face to one particular race with the black face and now to an even larger community that could very well be you too. Lets get back to designing staple pieces and stay away from social and political issues. Thank you to model #AyeshaTanJones for taking a stand in the matter. LURE supports you!
